Refund policy
TL;DR
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw — no reason needed. Try-on at home is fine. Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal (we may wait until we receive the item or proof you shipped it).

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery.

After you tell us you’re withdrawing, you must dispatch the goods within 14 days.

/ ONLINE EXCHANGES
We currently don’t offer a standard “exchange” flow (size swap / color swap).
If you want a different item/size, the fastest option is:

Wrong, damaged, or defective? Don’t return it yet — contact us first at support@destinyspirit.eu so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

Outbound shipping (to you): refunded up to our cheapest standard delivery option
(Express/upgrade shipping is not refunded.) -
Return shipping (back to us):

Austria (AT): we provide a pre-paid return label

All other regions: you ship it at your cost using a trackable service
Wrong / damaged / defective item

Return shipping (back to us): we pay and arrange repair/replacement or refund

If an item cannot be returned by post, we’ll state the estimated return cost before purchase.
/ RETURN CONDITIONS (READ BEFORE SHIPPING)
Items must be returned:

unused, clean, and in resellable condition

with all original tags/labels attached

with all accessories, inserts, and packaging items that came with it (where applicable)
Try-on is fine.
If the item shows signs of use beyond a normal indoor try-on (outdoor wear, stains, smells, etc.), we may reduce your refund for diminished value — and we’ll always explain why.

/ REFUNDS

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until: -
we receive the returned goods, or
-
you provide proof of dispatch (tracking/receipt) — whichever comes first.

We refund standard outbound delivery (up to our cheapest standard method).
Express/upgrade shipping is not refunded.
/ EXCEPTIONS (NO WITHDRAWAL RIGHT)
Withdrawal may not apply to:

Sealed hygiene goods once unsealed (e.g., underwear, swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken)
We only apply these exceptions where they are relevant to the product.
/ MISSING, DAMAGED, OR TAMPERED PARCELS (IMPORTANT)
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or appears empty:

Tell the carrier immediately at delivery (note it on the proof of delivery if possible).

Contact us within 48 hours at support@destinyspirit.eu with photos of:

shipping label

inner packaging

items received
-
Keep all packaging and contents until the investigation is closed.
Fraudulent or abusive claims may be rejected and reported to the carrier/authorities. This does not affect your legal rights.
