Shipping policy

Where we ship from: All orders are packed and shipped from Austria (EU).

Order confirmation & processing

  • As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Standard processing time is 1 business day.

  • During peak periods (collection drops, Black Friday/Cyber Week, Christmas), processing and transit times may be longer.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the timeframe listed for your country/region below, please contact us via chat with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to cancel or edit your order, reach out via email support@destinyspirit.eu immediately.
Cancellations/edits are only possible before the order status moves to Processing. Because we work fast, we cannot guarantee changes after that point.

Delivery methods & estimates

We offer Pick-up Point / Locker (PUDO) and Home Courier options where available. Timeframes below are business days and begin after dispatch.

  • Austria (AT): 1–3 days

  • Nearby EU (DE, CZ, SK, HU, PL, SI): 2–4 days

  • Mid EU (NL, BE, LU, IT, FR, DK, HR): 3–5 days

  • Far EU (ES, PT, SE, FI, IE, EE, LV, LT, BG, RO): 4–7 days

Notes: Estimates are not guarantees; remote areas and peak seasons may experience delays. Courier upgrades at checkout may change the estimate.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Missed deliveries & returns to sender

If a parcel is not collected or the address is undeliverable and the shipment returns to us, we’ll refund the product(s) upon receipt in resalable condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-shipping can be arranged; new shipping fees will apply.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • Within the EU: No customs duties apply. All prices include VAT; the applicable VAT rate may vary by destination under EU OSS rules.

  • Non-EU shipments (e.g., CH/UK and others): We currently operate on a DAP/Delivered-At-Place basis. Import duties, taxes, and handling fees (if any) are paid by the customer to the carrier/customs upon delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel returns to us, we will refund the product(s) minus any return costs charged by the carrier.

Holiday cut-off guidance

To improve the chance of pre-holiday delivery, place orders well in advance. We will publish seasonal cut-off dates each year; orders placed after those dates may arrive after the holiday period.

Service interruptions

We always work to provide the best possible service. In rare cases outside our control (carrier network disruptions, customs/security events), an order may need to be cancelled before dispatch. If that happens, we’ll notify you within 1 business day and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
